Shipping & Delivery FAQ
-Where can I track my item(s)?
Most items are sent tracked. You should receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you have not received it.
-Why have I not received my item(s)?
Shipping may take anywhere between 10-25 working days, or even longer, depending on your location and the opening hours of your local post office.
**Note: The Item Guarantee Period (IGP) lasts 50 business days and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of the order made should they have yet to receive anything by then.
***The IGP is effective on the date of you receiving your shipping confirmation email
-Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.
-What time are deliveries typically made?
Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are often during business hours/weekday. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
-What happens if no one is at home?
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will typically be left at your local post office for you to pick up!
-Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our warehouse in the USA, Canada and Asia, hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you.
-I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number, and we would update your details for you.
**Note: Upon completion of purchase, buyers are eligible for a 2-hour Change of Mind Period and it is crucial that you reach out to us then or else we will not be able to make any changes to your order!
-What about my billing address?
Billing addresses are currently non-editable to prevent and minimize fraud from happening. Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.
-Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
How do you ship, and what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
Where do you ship?
We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.
How do you ship?
We ship orders oversea by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company, and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 12-20 business days for international shipping.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you're receiving that email.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. Once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. Weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
Why do I have to pay extra fee to my shipping company?
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company, and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, credit card, debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in CAD, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.
Which currency are you using on the website?
Our products are listed in CAD. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!
